The spot is great, smack in the heart of old Trevi, and the room is big with a comfy bed, and the area is quiet. The only snag is it’s a bit hard to find because the GPS gets lost among the buildings.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was barely enough space, especially considering the price; the value for money was disappointing, and the breakfast was just the bare minimum.

The place is well located, only a 5‑7 minute walk to the piazza, and the rooms are tidy and well equipped, with bathrooms that are very spacious. Breakfast is decent but doesn’t offer any hot dishes.

I loved this hotel so much that I came back for a second stay, which is pretty rare for me! Both visits were wonderful, but what truly made it special were the kindness and generosity of the staff. When I returned, they greeted me warmly and gave me a beautiful room with a large balcony across the front. It was a lovely surprise and I felt genuinely appreciated—not just a passing traveler, but a returning friend. The hotel itself is charming, right in the heart of beautiful Trevi, but it’s the people that make it exceptional. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and cared for. When you’re traveling a lot and hopping from place to place, that kind of warmth and personal attention means more than you can imagine. I left with such affection for the place and the wonderful people who welcomed me, and I would return in a heartbeat! Nothing was missing—I was grateful for both stays and especially for the wonderful hospitality.

The building is unique and very pretty, clean and well kept, the owner Ilenia is a delightful, friendly, and pleasant person, the staff are kind, and the breakfast is excellent! We’ll be back soon!! Highly recommended!
