“Superbe emplacement, vue magnifique”

The reception, the place, the location, the view, the architecture were all great, but there was no soundproofing and at 6am someone sang, waking us up. I first thought it was a religious chant, but quickly realized it wasn’t; I’m not sure if it came from the neighbors or the hotel itself, but it felt like karaoke and definitely not a good 6am experience 🫠.

“River Front Stop Over.”

I stopped over from Mon Jam to BoWin and the river front accommodation was very nice.

The location beside the river is great, but it’s far from food shops.

“Great view. Not so great room.”

The location on the river is excellent, we stayed in the 2‑bedroom bungalow and the parking was good; the master bedroom is lovely. However, there were no comfortable chairs to relax or enjoy the view from inside or outside. The bathroom was awful with a hole where the water drains into the floor. The living room was infested with ants. The fridge didn’t work properly and froze everything inside. The electricity was scary because every time you use the shower or flush the toilet the lights go dim and flicker. There’s a wall‑mounted list of rules longer than my arm detailing what you’ll be fined for, so it’s nice to be forewarned.
