In the middle of farmland, surrounded by farms and vineyards, the place feels pleasant and quiet. The local eggs were good. The Italian breakfast, mainly coffee and something very sweet, was a bit disappointing for us, but it’s similar to what we’ve had at other stays, so it might just be normal.

The house sits in a green oasis, and city noise is barely audible in the garden amid natural sounds. The bathroom is spacious and stocked with everything travelers might forget. The shared kitchen is spotless and offers plenty of options for a wholesome breakfast, including km‑0 eggs picked that morning by the owners’ chickens. The room is very large—larger than some studios I’ve stayed in. The villa’s thermal insulation is excellent; even though it was almost 40 °C outside when we arrived, the room was so cool we didn’t need the fan at all.
