The parking attendant’s courtesy was a major plus. The bed linens were dirty at first, but after I asked they were changed. The bathroom drain was somewhat clogged, preventing water from draining and flooding the whole bathroom.

Breakfast was very good and the linens were clean. However, the mattress was not a single unit; there were two mattresses that split apart in the middle of the night. The pools were not full of water during the last week of vacation, which was terrible, and the only larger pool was not heated during the cold period, which was also horrible.

The pools were great, the spot was convenient, the breakfast tasty and varied, but the housekeeping fell short.

The breakfast was fine, but it was served elsewhere. Reception failed to explain things to arriving guests. The room had burnt lights, linens that looked heavily used and faded, dirty walls and curtains, a TV stand that was warped in the left corner, a TV remote that wouldn’t turn on or off. The room wasn’t cleaned for a whole day, the trash bins were full, and when we complained the staff said we’d have to request cleaning ourselves. We paid 36,00 for parking at check‑in, only to be told later that there was no spot in the building’s lot. The stay was very disappointing.
