The place is very well positioned for exploring Mirissa and moving around the nearby islands, with restaurants and the beach close by. The room on the ground floor had a noticeable damp smell, but the host swapped us for a room on the upper floor without any hassle.

Everything was spot on: perfect location, warm welcome, roomy and comfy rooms, and the owner was very attentive. It would have been nice if breakfast were available on site.

The staff were friendly, the facilities were good, the place was near the beach, the room was comfortable, the hot water was great, and that was preferred.
