The facilities, comfort, cleanliness, and breakfast were all excellent, and the location was very good. However, there was only one staff member at check‑in, and a small misunderstanding occurred: the reservation made through the booking platform indicated payment at check‑in, but when we arrived, the staff claimed the booking was canceled due to lack of pre‑payment. We called the day before check‑in, confirmed the reservation, and asked if we could pay in cash at the hotel; the response was positive, saying there would be no problem and the booking was guaranteed. I’m not sure if the same person answered the call or if the prior contact was mentioned, but it was an unnecessary hassle.

Os funcionários são muito educados e empáticos. Precisa de algumas manutenções, como por exemplo a maçaneta da porta do banheiro do quarto estava solta; fornecer toalhas de rosto; fornecer 2 lençóis quando for um quarto de casal
