The staff at the entrance are unreasonable, telling you exactly when you must arrive, there are no signs, and if you call for directions they’ll tell you how slow you are; I give the lowest rating and wish you all the worst.

I was shocked by the lack of cleanliness; the bathroom was filthy, there were no towel hooks in the shower, the shower cabin doors were broken, and a cigarette smell lingered everywhere.
