The location was perfect, and the front‑desk staff were very attentive and available. The breakfast buffet had everything needed to start a good day of walking in Rome. However, the rooms lack soundproofing; the one on the 5th floor facing the elevator is very noisy because the doors are not insulated. Room service was unresponsive, and I had to make several requests to get glasses, cups and water in the room.

We even received a room upgrade! The rooms were spacious, clean, and the communal areas were stunning. Breakfast was tasty and diverse, and the staff was very helpful.

Undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Rome, with excellent service.

The property is well located and a beautiful historical building. The bathroom was very tired and the in‑room facilities were very poor. We didn’t have our tea and coffee refreshments replenished throughout our stay, and we had to ask for clean cups, saucers and new supplies. Rooms are not serviced on Sundays except for making the bed, which is not what I would expect from a 5* hotel.
