The resort is very pretty and the location is excellent.

The spot right on the canal is great, but the place was really dirty. We had no baby bed at first; after asking again they finally set up two beds for us. Whenever we mentioned the cleanliness or the second bed, the front desk just said “that’s a shame.” No effort was made to improve the condition. The pool hall was also filthy, and the tile in the shower area was still there on the third day.

The riverside location, room amenities, bed, and breakfast were good, and the staff were always friendly. As a tea drinker, I would have preferred kettle options at breakfast, and for the sauna area I’d have liked more types of saunas, additional sauna towels, and cups for the provided water.

We liked the whole property; the sunny weather let us explore the surroundings, everything was well maintained, the staff were super friendly, breakfast was a highlight, we’ll definitely return and are already looking forward to it.
