(October 2026). Cozy, clean room with a terrace. Clean bathroom. The hotel’s location is very convenient (near the station). Staff are responsive. Cleaning is excellent. There is a common lounge (coffee machine, tea, pastry). Overall, everything was liked; the hotel and staff deserve 5+. No negatives found.

The décor was nice, but the Wi‑Fi was dead, there was some wear and tear that needed fixing, and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The neighborhood felt a bit rough, with a lot of people hanging around that made us uneasy.

The jacuzzi was absolutely disgusting! It hadn’t been cleaned for who knows how long. We had to jump out of the bath as soon as we turned it on because it smelled like toilets/sewage water running through. Don’t use the jacuzzi!!!

The room was great—comfortable bed and a hot tub that worked well. Nothing else to complain about.

Nothing was satisfactory. The place was hard to find, the surroundings were dirty and chaotic, there was a party upstairs, the room directions were unclear, there was no elevator, and the stairs had no lights. Most importantly, the room couldn’t be locked! The host kept insisting the key was in the lock slot, but it wasn’t, and they never came to fix it; they just hung up and sent a repeated message insisting the key was in the lock. As a single woman, I couldn’t sleep peacefully, so I dragged my luggage at night and switched hotels. I want a refund. The room was small, filthy, and totally unlike the “princess” pictures; the curtains were stuck on the floor between the beds.
