We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this hotel; the room was immaculate, well kept, and smelled fresh all day. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel at ease from check‑in to check‑out. Their genuine hospitality made the experience even better, and we’d happily return and highly suggest this place to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and friendly stay.

I appreciate the location; everything you need is close and some tourist spots are nearby. The staff and host are very accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. What I love most is the lake‑house feel of the room, its closeness to nature, and the sunrise visible from the window. They also offer a hut where you can charge your laptop while working, which is handy for those who bring work on vacation. The only downside is that the road to the parking is very narrow, though it’s manageable.

The experience was very original with a beautiful garden and pond, and it’s perfectly positioned to explore both San Fernando and San Juan. Upon arrival, not being directly on the road can be a bit confusing; perhaps signage could indicate that you need to go down the alley to the back and that the reception is at the door (or where to go if no one is at the door).

The spot’s close to a lake, which made the surroundings chill, and the crew were quick to help out. If you’re traveling with older folks, let them know ahead of time—some cabins have steep steps that can be tough for seniors.
