Like many Fletcher Hotels, it has a nice location, polite staff, clean rooms, and a decent restaurant for dinner and breakfast that isn’t too pricey. Everything feels a bit dated, but that’s known beforehand; for those who care more about location and food than the latest interior trends it’s a solid choice. If you can, ask for a room with a balcony on the back of the building—the view is great; rooms on the front face a uninspiring street and the parking lot. More staff would be nice, especially for the lady who handled reception and restaurant service alone all evening, though she did it with great enthusiasm.

The view from the back of the hotel was amazing, the room felt cozy and breakfast was fine. On the day we were there, a single staff member ran the whole dining hall and there were quite a few guests. I did find the stairs a bit scary, as if something was wrong with the construction.

The location, the calm atmosphere, Noorbeek is charming and perfect for a one‑night or longer stay. The restaurant is beautiful, the food really tasty, and the breakfast is very hearty and varied. Service is excellent! The place could use an interior refresh, but that’s just a minor aesthetic detail, not a major flaw.
