The staff were super helpful, pointing me to the DART taxi app and the supermarket right on the first floor. The only downside was a faint sewer smell that lingered, though it got easier after a while.

The pool staff were not very friendly and claimed it wouldn't be ready until 4 pm, but they had already finished cleaning by 2:45 pm and the pool was empty. The signage said it was open until evening, but didn't mention the afternoon closure.

The supermarket on level G had breakfast, lunch and dinner, which was convenient. The TV had no signal, making the place feel boring and very quiet.

The bed and bathroom were fine, but we got charged for breakfasts we didn't eat because we didn't cancel properly. They should have known we weren't there for breakfast.
