The spot is perfect – close to the city center and you get two free parking spots. The host is super friendly and always ready to help. The room itself is clean, but the shared areas could use a touch‑up – sometimes the mess comes from other guests. Also, the noise from the nearby boulevards can be a problem for those who are sensitive, and the doors to the rooms feel a bit flimsy.
