The hotel is in a great spot, right next to the main square where the Willys buses start to all the tourist spots. Reception was super attentive, especially Mauricio, who helped us a lot on arrival and gave great future tips and arrangements. The café staff were also very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, and a coffee, tea and water service was available all day, which we really appreciated. The place is beautiful and very quiet. Nothing negative.

Acceuil au top, toutes les personnes sont souriantes et mettent tout en œuvre pour que le visiteur passe un excellent séjour. Les femmes au petit déjeuner sont aux petits soins et très agréables. Par ailleurs, emplacement vraiment au top. Petite suggestion : prévoir des sieges de détente dans le magnifique jardin (transat par exemple). Hôtel à recommander à 100%. Tout était parfait

The hotel is in a perfect location. It is half a block from the centre, far enough to be quiet, and just a 1 minute walk away. It isn’t on one of the horrendously steep hills, which is a huge bonus. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included. That makes for a tough choice between good convenient food and trying out the amazing cafés nearby. People can smoke in the garden area. It is far enough away not to be a major problem but did waft our way occasionally.

Perfect location to visit Quito's center. The room is spacious and very well taken care of.
