The staff was great. We even got upgraded to a larger room because we were a party of 5. I wish I could remember the name of the young lady who let us in because she was very professional and friendly. The breakfast crew were just as kind and friendly. All the mattresses were horrible. We had 2 king beds and one sofa bed. We all woke up with back aches. I was looking forward to that classic feel‑good hotel bed but was very disappointed. The hotel definitely needs to invest in new mattresses. Also, the cleaning crew can do a much better job. The baseboards and window sills are dusty and the corners in the bathroom are very neglected. The room needs a complete deep clean.

We liked the spot because it’s close to everything, and the room itself was nice with a friendly crew. We chose this place hoping for an on‑site restaurant, but it turned out to be closed due to staffing shortages—a detail that should have been disclosed beforehand. Parking cost extra, which felt redundant given the already steep rates, and we were hit with a Sunday night surcharge that seemed excessive for a quiet night. The pool looked clean at first glance, yet the walls were covered in a thick layer of grime that needed a proper drain and scrub; it was downright unpleasant.
