Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The location is perfect. The reception staff were very attentive; I commend Jose for his kindness. They allowed us to check in before 15:00, which was perfect for one or two nights in Colmar. The price is a little excessive for the small room without breakfast.

The staff is wonderful. Very attentive, friendly, always ready to help. The cleaning could be much better. The white chairs in the breakfast area are dirty and have dusty feet. In my room there was a kind of cornice on the ceiling, full of small spider webs, dusty. Nobody told us that with a specific card given by the hotel we would get a discount on parking (we found out on the last day).
