I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the hotel was, but it's a shame the room had a lingering cigarette smell. The compact size was actually a plus for me, but the lack of windows and being stuck in the middle of nowhere made it feel a bit isolating. The thin walls didn't help, either - I could hear everything going on in the next room.

The hotel's compact size was a major drawback, but what really stood out was the lack of a suitable space for prayer. As a Muslim, it was frustrating to find that the hotel didn't cater to our needs in this regard. On the other hand, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well-maintained. However, the tiny size of the room made it feel claustrophobic, and the absence of a prayer area was a significant inconvenience.

The hotel's location is great, but the noise from the other rooms' doors slamming shut at night was a real nuisance. On the plus side, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the toilet was always clean and well-maintained. However, I was a bit surprised that a standard queen room didn't come with toothpaste and a toothbrush - you have to bring your own or buy them at the reception, which is pretty pricey. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I wouldn't have minded a few more perks.

The hotel's proximity to Kuala Lumpur's city centre was a major plus, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was comfortable. What really stood out, though, was the helpful and friendly staff - they went out of their way to assist me with any queries I had. Considering the price, I thought it was a pretty good deal.

This place really exceeded my expectations, and it's all down to the staff. They're super friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand or offer some advice. The location is great too, but to be honest, that's about it. The hotel itself is pretty basic, but the staff make up for it with their fantastic service.
