The location and staff were perfect. My room was noisy, with sounds like a central heating water tank; it was really loud. The phone in the room didn’t work, so I couldn’t call for room service.

The room was lovely, but there was a lot of construction work happening. Also, there was no AC or heating.

The reception staff, especially John, was extremely helpful. He did his best to coordinate and book as many days as possible.
