“Zeer aangenaam familiehotel”
I stayed in a charming, compact family hotel with a lovely room. The owners were extremely friendly, offered useful information, and handled reservations for me. Every day the room was freshly tidied and new bath linens were provided. It’s within walking distance of both the city centre and the train station, which offers connections to Genoa and Cinque Terre. There’s a paid parking spot just 100 m from the hotel. The price matches the quality delivered, so I’d recommend it for a pleasant stay. Driving allows you to explore a good part of Tuscany, and I’d especially suggest the boat trips to Cinque Terre and Portovenere. The town of Lavagna itself isn’t a particularly attractive tourist spot and there are only a few decent restaurants.
