I had a very warm welcome, including a quick check-in. The hotel has a parking garage and a small but sufficient swimming pool. We booked the suite, which is very spacious, has a small dressing room, and a large bathroom with a separate toilet, shower, and a freestanding bathtub with a view of Purwokerto's rooftops. The breakfast was excellent and varied, except for genuine butter and fresh orange juice, which Indonesian hotels in the countryside seem to struggle with.

“One of the best hospitality by miss Emy Hotel Manager”

I had a minor issue with my room at this hotel, but the manager's prompt response and exceptional service made up for it. I was genuinely impressed by the manager's friendly and gentle demeanor, which made me feel prioritized during my stay. Even upon checking out, the manager's warm smile left a lasting impression on me, showcasing the hotel's excellent hospitality. “Super nice hotel with amazing staff”

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel in Purwokerto, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. One of the standout features was the thoughtful touches they had in place for families with children, which really added to the overall experience. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and would eagerly return if I ever find myself in Purwokerto again.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. The hotel's strategic location was one of the few positives. However, I was given a single bed instead of the king-size bed I had booked a month in advance. The room's cleanliness was also lacking, with a small cockroach in my pillow. I had informed the staff that I was coming, but they still kept calling me to confirm. The service was also subpar, with the staff being unhelpful and unfriendly.
