The welcome was nice, the apartment was carefully decorated and the garden was splendid. The kitchen equipment was very basic; only a microwave was available for cooking. The room comfort was average – the room was tiny and the bed was against the wall.

The garden was accessible from the accommodation. The entrance to the lodging was through a garage door, so we could smell gasoline inside. The bed was very high, with no guardrail, posing a fall risk. There was no electric stove for cooking. The shower head was quite dirty.

The apartment’s location was calm and cool, the perfect spot to recharge, and it was spotless. Peggy’s contact made us feel her love for this little paradise, and the nights were refreshing. The proximity to Lake Castillon offered nice spots to cool off. I’ll come back 😊. I would have liked a proper bathroom to store toiletries and a bit more privacy. A small cooking plate would have been welcome. The mattress was a bit firm but of very good quality. Nothing too troublesome for a two‑night stay, well balanced by everything else.

“Nice stay I’d recommend it to anyone!”

The house is close to all the fun spots like the lakes, rivers, and hiking areas. It was very clean and matched the listing photos. Peggy was very responsive and helpful. There is a slight fuel smell because the studio is located in the basement past the garage.
