I used to love this hotel, but it’s fallen apart now. The breakfast is a disaster—no coffee machine, no juices, only one omelet, and even cheaper hotels serve boiled eggs, so this place feels like a money‑grab. The owner should visit a hotel in Lviv and see a Swiss table. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and they charge 120 UAH for a tiny Coke. The spa hasn’t been updated for about five years and smells moldy.

The bed, toiletries, and breakfast were great, and the room was quite good as requested, but the stairs lacked light.

The room design was interesting, the cleaning service was good, and the staff was great. Breakfast and the restaurant were just OK, nothing special or impressive. The SPA area is shared with the sports complex, which makes it unsuitable for a large crowd, and there is only a sports pool—no chill‑out pool—and for those who don’t like saunas, there’s nothing to do there.
