The girl who showed us to the room was friendly. Parking was free. However, the bathroom was dirty, with tiles falling off around the basin and no toilet paper. The kitchen was filthy—everything looked like it was in disarray—and the TV antenna was taped together. When we arrived it seemed the place had just been used for a party; there’s a banquet hall below that we passed through. The women cleaning in the kitchen were very loud, clacking utensils until late at night. We didn’t expect luxury for the price, but basic standards should be met; we’ve slept in many places at the same rate and found them much cleaner and more pleasant.

We were very disappointed and would not recommend it. There was no check‑in letter from the property, and no one was on site; phone lines were unresponsive. After some time we managed to call and received a message with check‑in details. The room had a TV but no outlet next to it; there were only two outlets, one near the bed, barely reachable by the lamp cord. The bathroom floor had someone’s hair, and we had no confidence in the cleanliness of the bedding. The kitchen on the floor was lacking a mini‑kitchen; it had a kettle, microwave, electric stove, fridge without freezer, a bag full of trash, and no table. The bin at the hotel entrance was full of bottles and cigarette butts. In the courtyard, a table still had beer and vodka bottles. Entry to the hotel was through the banquet hall, likely after a big celebration the night before, and there wasn’t enough effort to clean up afterward, even though we arrived in the evening.

The price was good and the bed was comfortable. We had no hot water, and we weren’t informed about the outage beforehand; the staff didn’t reply to our request for a solution or compensation. The bathroom was dirty, and the floor in the room was sticky.
