The staff were incredibly welcoming and respectful, meeting every need. The rooms were amazing and the beds super comfortable. Mr. Marawan was astonishing—he helped me descend to the Petra gates twice and assisted with everything else. The dinner was top‑quality, even better than some high‑end restaurants in Amman. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The spot is great—just 8 minutes by car to Petra’s entrance, the host was friendly, check‑in was quick, everything was clear. The drive down to Petra is a steep descent and it wasn’t very comfortable, but that’s not the hotel’s fault; the slopes are just tough.

The host was very thoughtful and could resolve any issue quickly. It takes only five minutes by car to reach the visitor center from here.
