“I had to pay more than 300 € which would not worth more than 50€”
The location is very convenient, but the self‑check‑in system is terrible; even after submitting all the data it doesn’t work, and when I called for help the staff didn’t speak proper English. I had to call twice to convince them that the system was not working.

Nothing positive. The self‑check‑in was a disaster: the PIN sent to me didn’t work, so I stood in front of locked doors. The phone number for help was answered by a chatbot that forwarded me to the front desk and promised a callback that never came. Only after three days, when I was already back home, did I receive a call. My request to cancel the reservation was ignored; the overnight fee was still charged even though I never used the room.

The location is simply superb – every attraction is within walking distance. The room was spacious and cozy, with thoughtful, elegant furnishings. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. A bonus: plenty of power outlets, perfect for charging devices. The self‑check‑in works smoothly once you read the email instructions carefully. Highly recommended, would stay again anytime. The only downside: the pillows were too soft.
