We never actually stayed there. On a long road trip we were clueless about the area and just wanted a cheap room for the night. When we arrived, the exterior looked awful—like a homeless shelter in the projects. My husband asked where we were. We searched for a front desk but found none; we learned we had to check in at the Best Western Prairie Inn next door, which is part of the same complex. I begged the clerk to find us a room there, and she obliged, though we had to pay $30 more, which I was fine with. The room itself was lovely and clean. The breakfast area and food were phenomenal.

The bed was comfortable, the place was clean and relaxing, the recent renovation was great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Friendly staff, quiet, inexpensive, but no room service, no towels, no coffee, no hook on bathroom door, towels on floor, battery in remote needed changing, headboard dirty, mold on towel, no drain plug for tub.

The updated rent violation was noted, but I didn't like that the doors weren't locked, felt unsafe, and there was no breakfast available at the Best Western Prairie, though it's part of their offerings.
