The location, the cool room, the surrounding space, the pool, the breakfast, Togo & Maia & Gino (true owners 👍 and the proprietor) were all great, but I only stayed for two nights, rating it 10.0/10.

The place is cozy and clean, ideal for a relaxing family holiday. Emiliano and Giusi are available, kind, and super friendly; thanks to them and the “grandmother” a family atmosphere was created and we felt at home immediately. The setting is beautiful, perfect for unwinding amid slow, timeless days among olive trees and countryside tranquility. Our daughters loved this holiday as much as we did, recharging our batteries! It’s not far from the sea but also close to fantastic villages like Volterra, making it an excellent base to enjoy the Val di Cecina and the fabulous Etruscan coast. Thanks for the wonderful holiday and the culinary gems, rating 9.0/10.

The accommodation was excellent, set in nature and secluded. The apartment was clean, tidy, and rustic. The kids adored the pets, the pool, and the trampoline. Breakfast was very good and varied. The atmosphere was extremely relaxed and friendly, and the hosts worked hard to make our stay comfortable, giving it a 10.0/10.
