“Ubicación privilegiada en el centro de la ciudad y con acceso a todos los medios de transporte.”
The location, the quietness of the area, and especially Gaby’s excellent service were great. My stay was very short, though.

The warmth of the welcome and the trust they gave me to stay were appreciated. I think the place is very neglected; it has huge potential, a big garden, and plenty of space. We spent the whole afternoon there because it’s very central and close to the city center, but at night we decided to have coffee and dessert and ended up in the room because the garden was very neglected and had bugs. The screen didn’t work, even though cable TV was available; only the sound came through, no picture, and one remote had no battery, so we had to switch between remotes.

The spot is great, but everything feels very neglected.

A quiet spot in the city center, close to Olas Altas. The app advertised parking, but there was none; I had to leave my motorcycle on the street every night. The spiral staircase was too narrow—my luggage wouldn’t fit, so a regular, wider staircase would be much safer and more spacious.

The only good thing was that it was about four or five blocks from the boardwalk. The real problem started when we were supposed to check in. They called me and said there were no rooms available, even though I had booked almost a week earlier. They explained that the room I was assigned to didn't have air conditioning, so they offered me another room until the next day at 10 am. When I arrived the next day around noon, the staff—who seemed to be a waitress or a manager—told me that the room had been booked that night even though it had been marked as vacant. They ignored my reservation entirely. I was eventually given a room that had just become available, but the lock was broken and I struggled a lot to get the key in. During my stay I kept fighting with the lock. Another guest complained about the room I was already in, and they still didn't fix the issue. Reception was empty most of the time; when someone was supposed to be there, they were nowhere to be found. The shower had stagnant water and what looked like water worms—whatever they’re called.
