It was clean, had breakfast & a shuttle to the airport which was only a few miles away. We were able to store our bags there for a few days prior to checking in. Not really a property problem. I booked with the option to reserve the room and pay by a certain date. About 1 week prior to that date I received a text saying I need to pay the balance or my reservation would be cancelled. I contacted the hotel and said that the balance would be paid by by such & such date and was assured that my reservation would be held. It was held, but I kept getting those text messages daily until the balance was paid
