The staff were very nice and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and it was very close to the airport. The price of a taxi or airport shuttle was very high for the short 6‑minute trip.
“Convenient but disappointing service”
Less than 10 mins to MXP airport, free private parking, 24h check in. The staff at reception was rude and not helpful at all. He kept our passports overnight claiming that it would take too long to process them (6 passports) on the spot and he was busy with other stuff. Even when we protested he said that we can collect it the following morning at check out. Was disappointing service. Also the rooms AC/fan was not great and quite noisy
The hotel is close to the airport, super comfortable, and every apartment has its own private parking.
“Great place to stay close to the airport, lovely staff, great breakfast, spacious rooms and very clean!”
The location was great, we were very comfortable after a long flight from New Zealand with our 5‑year‑old; the room was spacious and clean, giving us a good chance to rest before starting our Italian holiday. It was close to the airport and a morning shuttle was available.
The breakfast was fairly generous and varied. However, for a property rated above 8, I expected more comfort and better cleanliness. We booked two rooms: one lacked hot water entirely, and the other had a problematic toilet flush.
