I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, its location was extremely central and just a short walk from everything I needed. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness - the hotel was dirty and had a bad smell. Additionally, the phone charging outlets were loose and didn't stay in place, and I had to wait up to 5 minutes for hot water in the shower.

“The food was great, and the staff was very accommodating”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, it's conveniently located within walking distance to everything I wanted to see and do. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the hotel, particularly the lobby which had a strong smell of cat urine, and the upstairs bar and pool area which looked dingy. My room wasn't as clean as I'd expect, with a dirty shower glass wall, stained tub, and a cracked tub that had been poorly caulked.

“Great stay wonderful staff”

I was impressed with the hotel's property, it was nice and had a lot of potential. Unfortunately, I found the staff to be not very helpful at all, which was a bit of a letdown.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, with the rooftop pool being a highlight, and the room service food was great too. However, I felt that the rooms were a bit worn out and could do with some maintenance, particularly the windows which didn't shut properly, allowing a lot of street noise in.

“staffs were very friendly and helpful”

One thing that struck me as a bit limited was the TV channels - I think it would be great if they could increase the selection.
