The view was amazing, the room was clean and spacious, and the food was great. Breakfast was plentiful, the staff always friendly, and Family Schroll was very nice. Overall satisfied, and we’ll definitely return because that’s how holidays should be.

The location was absolutely quiet, the room and bathroom were very clean, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great selection, and the dinner was also very tasty.

Breakfast was delicious, the surroundings of the hotel were beautiful, and both the hotel and staff were fantastic. Nothing to add.

The location is dreamy with a wide view of the Bavarian forest. The dining room is tastefully decorated with massive wood that carries tradition yet feels modern. Breakfast is abundant, very appealingly presented, and of high quality—everything from hearty farm bread to croissants is offered, with eggs in various styles, a range of cheeses and cold cuts, and a good cereal bar for self‑assembly. The freshly kept items were served on a special cooler plate, which we found very attractive. We only had rooms with breakfast, so we can’t comment on half‑board.
