The reception staff were modestly friendly, but the place isn’t what I’m looking for and I only stayed because there were no other options. The property is terribly neglected, dirty, and lacks basic hygiene; if it were at least clean I wouldn’t have had any other complaints. A tip for future guests: make sure the accommodation is cleaned before you book, because this place isn’t what I normally stay at and I was forced here by lack of alternatives.

What I liked most about the lodging was the comfort it offered in a remote rural setting, with everything I needed—including a stove—right at hand. The downside is that the pool isn’t heated.

Being set on the waterfall property is great, but you should know there’s literally nothing nearby. The shower only delivered cold water, the pool was extremely filthy, and the on‑site bar runs a “pay‑what‑you‑find‑out‑at‑the‑end” pricing policy.

“Excelente”

The chalet was clean and comfy, with air‑conditioning, a minibar and a smart TV, the bathroom was spotless, and the host was exceptional—very attentive and caring about our comfort; the waterfall was beautiful and the trail peaceful, and the kitchen being separate meant no food smells lingered in the room.
