“My review”

Nice view over London from the window. The room only had two plug outlets, none near the bed. In a scorching hot summer, no fan, on the 8th floor was very muggy. Shared bathroom meant there was a delay at times to use the facilities. Struggled to empty the bathroom sink.

“It was ok for last minute 1 night room”

Clear directions to the flat, just a 10‑minute walk from Kennington tube station and a 5‑minute stroll to Tesco Express on the Lambeth high street. The room was clean, the kitchen tidy, and the bedding sheets and pillows were fresh. Breakfast came with cereal, milk and coffee. The only downside was the shared bathroom; the listing advertised an “en‑suite bathroom” but that detail only surfaced after booking.

The property sits in a calm setting, looks spotless and is well kept. The bed, however, was uncomfortable and in need of replacement, and there was no television in the room.

“Try to arrive before night fall for best experience”

The room itself was pleasant with a great view once I finally got in. Arriving late at night made it hard to navigate because of poor lighting and no help, but the photos posted online were useful.
