The location is great, but the place needs new furniture and maintenance. The furniture is worn, and the doors are very hard to close; the water circulation smells.

The villa was spacious, but everything else was terrible – the villas were dilapidated, the air‑conditioners were broken, and we spent an entire day with maintenance men trying to fix the ancient units; the pool was black and we left right away, not worth a single riyal.
