The pools are great, especially the deep one, which I liked; the location and the staff’s attention are very good. On the downside, the TV remote didn’t work, there were no channels on the TV, I found a cockroach, and I didn’t like that the pool was open from nine to eight‑half; the openings should have been earlier.

Remember that you owe me a refund for the reservation that was promised to be processed within 48 hrs, yet 96 hrs have passed and I still haven’t received it. Also, note that the Hotel Delfines does not exist; only the ruins of the building damaged by the 2017 Acapulco earthquake remain, so please remove it from your listing.

Nada. hotel en pésimas condiciones, alquilamos 3 habitaciones y las 3 de mal gusto, los baños super sucios, el aire acondicionado de ninguna habitación funcionaba, nos cambiaron varias veces de habitación por qué ninguno servía
