Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The staff were available and very courteous. The building is very close to the station and easily accessible. The wing where I stayed had just been renovated; the room door could not be closed from the inside and I was left holding the handle, but the staff responded immediately. In the room the whirlpool tub was unusable, the connecting door to the adjacent room was closed, the window was hard to open, but the bed was comfortable. It was fine for a one‑night stay.

I didn’t have breakfast there, but the facilities, room, and location are excellent. It’s very close to the station and the area is absolutely walkable at night.

The location is great! The room was really very small.

The triple room, with one double bed and one single bed, was good and the ambience was pleasant. It’s located very near Roma Termini station, making commuting by train or metro very easy. The staff were responsive; I made a complaint and they resolved it quickly. Overall, a very good experience. Everything was good.
