The location is fantastic, right across from the sea, with a beautiful lounge and kitchen area, but getting there is tough because you have to drive a long stretch of dirt road that requires a 4×4; that info should be added to the listing.

The accommodation was disappointing and did not match the listing; we booked for a one‑night stop on the way to Tofo, and the place is shown near the road on Booking, yet you must travel 30 minutes on sandy tracks and can only reach it with a 4×4. Despite asking beforehand, they avoided answering, and after the ordeal they said you could cancel and go elsewhere, which is absurd at 8 pm in the middle of nowhere. Cleaning was terrible, with mouse droppings in the toilets and dirty linens. The advertising was misleading.

The houses are nice and close to the beach, but they need maintenance; most wooden sliding doors don’t work well, and the parking is a bit far from the house.

The staff were helpful and kind, but the lack of wifi is a major inconvenience for tourists, and the stairs down to the beach were covered in sand, making it hard to get to the beach.

The location is great, the views are amazing, and the staff always smile, but the old restaurant burned down and the new one is far from where it used to be; I hope they rebuild as promised so it can reach the next level.
