The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and helpful, which made my stay enjoyable. However, I found it hard to pinpoint any major issues since everything seemed to be good.

I loved the hotel's location, right near the Cicada and Tamarind markets, and my room had a spacious bed. I wasn't expecting breakfast to be included, but it was nice to have some options like bread, rice porridge, coffee, and tea. However, I did have some issues with the room, like the curtains not closing properly and the lack of conditioner. Plus, there was some noise from the nearby music venue at night and breakfast started a bit late at 8 am.

I was thoroughly impressed with the spacious room and bathroom, which was beautifully decorated with large mirrors that made the space feel even more serene. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with a restaurant and night market just a short walk away. However, I did have a minor issue with a fungal stain on the curtains, but the staff were very understanding and responsive when I reported it. Overall, I had a great stay here.

“Lovely hotel in a great location”

I loved the hotel's great location, spacious beds, and beautiful decor, but unfortunately, the breakfast didn't quite meet my expectations.
