While the staff at this hotel were friendly and the location was great, our room fell short of expectations. It wasn't perfectly clean, and there were some outdated facilities that lacked a certain charm. Considering the price, I expected a bit more, but overall, it was an average experience that was just fine, if a bit pricey.

My stay was a mixed bag, with some truly exceptional moments and a few disappointments. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous, with a standout performance from Neo at check-in. The executive lounge offered a range of perks, including a delicious breakfast spread and evening snacks, while the rooftop bar and restaurant provided breathtaking views of the harbour.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel, thanks to its excellent location near the park, which made it easy for the kids to enjoy. The proximity to two nearby grocery stores was also a big plus. However, there were a couple of minor issues that prevented us from giving it a perfect score. The lobby was a bit too dark, and we had to venture out to the mall to access the breakfast restaurant, which was a bit of a hassle.

Park Lane at Causeway Bay has long been my go-to hotel in Hong Kong, and for good reason. Its excellent location, top-notch facilities, and exceptional service make it the perfect choice for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.

Our stay was truly exceptional, thanks to the wonderful staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Polly and Ket in the Ebb & Flow restaurant were particularly outstanding, as were the staff in the Playtes breakfast area, who made every morning feel special with their warm smiles and greetings.
