We had stayed here for the third time and noticed the place had improved; the staff are excellent and the location is fantastic. From the balcony you can watch the local market for hours, and the room stays very quiet. I’ll come back. The only downside is that only one key is issued, which can be inconvenient for couples; two keys would be reasonable.

The hotel is very nice with a pool and rooftop bar—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. The rooms are clean and of a pleasant size. Breakfast is perfect and very abundant—there’s something for every taste. I can only recommend it.

The hotel is well located, near the Royal Palace and the Riverside. We arrived at 8 am and had paid for an early check‑in. I understand that there may be a fee, but it would have been nice to at least offer breakfast or a coffee for paying the early check‑in. That would have made the customer satisfied; instead it wasn’t. We were told we couldn’t use breakfast that day, and I don’t think two people having coffee and a bit of fruit at 8 am would cause such serious problems.
