The location was good. I had to deal with AI for two weeks to get a refund for a reservation error, which was very frustrating!

“The location was central to the places that we needed to go and the room was clean and welcoming.”

Breakfast was excellent! The attendants were very efficient and quick to offer anything you might need. I was very impressed. We had some sleeping discomfort with the pillows; they were plush for sitting up in bed, but a little too thick to comfortably hold my head.

Excellent location for our medical appointment. Trinity at the front desk is very helpful and professional. We enjoyed our stay at this Sheraton Hotel, and we stayed an extra night. Excellent hotel. Great facility.

“Happy not happy”

I loved the size of the entire room. It was very spacious. The pool was clean and the weight room was nice. It was very convenient to have the laundry room right across from me. The hotel is very nice, but when I got there, I was told they overbooked handicapped accessible rooms, and they upgraded me to an executive suite. The suite was nice, but it was not equipped for me to bathe or use the restroom, no grab bars, a narrow shower, a low toilet, and the shower chair was wobbly and too small. I appreciate the upgrade, and if it wasn't for the personal hygiene part of it, it would have been a 10 star experience
