I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, finding it to be clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy room and friendly, helpful staff. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. The food was amazing, which was a highlight of my stay. While there were no major issues, a few small improvements could have made my experience even better.

I had a frustrating experience at this hotel. I booked online and was given room 301, but it had only one king-size bed, so I asked for a different room and was eventually given one with twin beds. When I returned from a trip to Pokhara, I wanted to stay in the same room, but the hotel staff claimed I had stayed in a double bed room, not the one I had actually stayed in, and charged me a cancellation fee of NR5500 when I decided not to stay there.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The staff were good to deal with and the food was okay, but the room facilities and toilet cleanliness were poor, and there was no hot water available.
