The 24/7 service was good, yet the bathroom had a strong chlorine smell, the window in the room couldn't be opened for ventilation, the outlet by the bed was dead, and a staff member shouted because she couldn't find the towel I was given, which was actually on the bed.

Everything was good. The hostess was friendly and helped me pick a room. I liked it. The bathroom didn’t sit well – the shower height was off and there was mildew in the shower cabin.

Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The renovation was very old, from about 20‑25 years ago.

The hotel’s location was interesting; the top floor was the hotel and the ground floor had a Silpo. We stayed there for one night. There’s no bomb shelter.

The location was convenient, the space was large, plenty of room, and tidy. The ventilation was bad, it felt stuffy, and in the damp area there was a strong unpleasant smell.
