“Simple hotel; fine in principe but poort mamaged”
The hotel is within a 15‑minute walk of all attractions and facilities. When we arrived, we were told to pay an extra 60 € for our 12‑year‑old because the vacation stay didn’t consider a 12‑year‑old an adult. We had paid a large amount in advance and were told everything was settled except the tourist tax. We think this is a hotel‑platform issue, not ours. The manager confirmed the front desk’s statement. We politely refused to pay since we booked a room for two adults and two children, which is what we expected. The receptionist said children wouldn’t get towels, so we only used the sets for two adults and returned two clean sets the next morning. The room was spacious but many walls were unfinished. The breakfast offered by the hotel was very plain: two types of rolls with nothing else, juice, and coffee. Indeed, it could not be simpler.
