The room was spotless, the staff were very friendly, and it’s close to many restaurants; however, the hallway carpets were filthy and stank, and the bathroom shower head was broken.

The location was great, the staff were incredibly nice, the lobby was clean, and I liked the decor; but the women’s bathroom smelled gaseous, the hallway was seedy and hideous, construction was ongoing, the carpet felt sticky, the room had a moldy and chemical cleaning-supply odor that seemed masked, and only one of five arcade machines worked—sad, especially since I loved it a year ago.

I found a roach in the bathroom and had to unclog a clogged drain, but aside from those hiccups and not getting the balcony room we wanted, it was a good experience, and the Moxy staff exceeded my expectations for sure; the showers could be cleaned a bit more, and make sure room doors work.

There was no breakfast included. Place was ran down carpets stained hallways smelled so bad elevator was out of service the first room put us in smelled horrible of mildew second room smelled a little better
