Disgusting place – do not recommend! The terrible smell hit me as soon as I entered the corridor. The room was dirty, full of cigarette smoke and cold. The place is a cold industrial warehouse with thin walls — you can hear everything from the rooms around you. I immediately asked for a refund because I could not stay there and left. I had to book another hotel, but they refused to give my money back!

The operator responded quickly and kindly to my complaint and offered a room change promptly, so at least an effort was made to address the situation. The main problem was the lack of night‑time quiet. The accommodation is very noisy‑transmitting, so you can hear sounds from the corridors and neighboring rooms clearly. At night, intoxicated and loud guests caused significant disturbances. Since no staff were on site, no one could enforce the house rules directly. Guests should not have to maintain silence themselves or, if necessary, call the police. Additionally, my original room was in poor structural condition, with damage to the floor, ceiling, and door. It was also disappointing that Booking did not respond to the complaint in a timely manner.

The TV worked fine, but the room was terribly dirty—floor all grime, stains on the bed.

The kitchen was modern, the TV had internet access, and towels were provided, yet some guests left food scattered on the kitchen floor and spilled beer; there was an acetone smell in the room and the paper ran out in the morning.
