Nothing was suitable for family. A drug‑using person was present, and unauthorized visitors made the family feel uncomfortable while their girlfriend and boyfriend were meeting there.
The staff didn’t cooperate at all, and even drinking water wasn’t provided.
At the price point, the location and facilities are good and it’s very convenient to the airport; the staff were cooperative. The rooms need a little maintenance, and the beds should face away from the AC wall. Because the building is a high‑rise, it was very hot and the AC took 4 hours to cool the room.
“Satisfactory”
Everything was normal, both good and bad.
The rooms weren’t clean, the lift wasn’t cleaned, and the washrooms were dirty.
