“Great location, but felt like we were in a dungeon without light or air.”

The location was great and the room was a good size with a comfortable bed. Yet the basement room was extremely warm and stuffy, with no ventilation or light, creating a claustrophobic feel. We had to use the fan to cool down, but it was loud and not very effective.

The owner was very helpful in accommodating us. We liked it, though the setting was a bit noisy because of the fair at 6 and 7 am.

“If we'd had a fan , we would have been ok. But as it was, this was not a good value. Bed was comfortable, bathroom”

The location is convenient for a quick walk to food and shops. One window blind was broken before we arrived, which also caused a heat issue. With no AC or fans, we had to keep the window open all night to try to cool our second‑floor room, which was a bit noisy and uncomfortable.

I had to get into the room early to catch wedding events nearby, and the Minturn Hotel staff made that possible, which was great.

The location was solid, but no one from the staff replied when I asked about early check‑in.
